"Generic" Spam

I use the term “generic” to refer to what appears to be one of, if not the, most prolific variety of spam that’s been floating around on the Internet for quite a while.

This is the kind of spam that is utterly worthless and is really nothing more than a nuisance. It’s not amusing, it usually does not tell a story and it has no value whatsoever,. It’s all that crap you get that is trying to sell you something. You know what I mean.

Often, the idiots that send this garbage out to millions of e-mail addresses are trying to sell things like watches, prescription drugs and, ahem, male “enhancement” products.

By the way, if you believe that any pill, whether it be something you order online or something sold on TV by that smiling nitwit named “Bob,” is going to increase your, ah, “profile,” you are sadly mistaken and would be better served spending your money on other things.

This generic spam is the kind I hate worst of all. Like I said, there’s nothing interesting or entertaining about it at all. It’s just crap from some moron who is looking to find other morons to buy their crap.

And yes, by the way, if you are someone who actually buys the products that are advertised in spam e-mail messages, you are in fact a moron. And I make no apologies for that whatsoever.

And here are the reasons you are a moron if you make purchases as a result of spam e-mail messages:

People who send our spam are low-life shysters who are trying to take advantage of stupid people. The products they are selling are most likely phony or are just poor-quality crap.

Secondly, buying from spammers keeps the spam industry alive another day to irritate those of use who are smart enough to not buy the crap they are selling. If absolutely nobody was stupid enough to buy anything from any spammer, spamming would come to an end soon enough on its own.

I think that covers generic spam well enough.
